Tears of memories.

Sadly on Saturday morning, my cat passed away. I wish I could say peacefully of old age, but he was not yet two years old. But he did die rather painfully from a snake bite.
I'm still shock, I still imagine him of his chair, or I go to feed him. I just wish I could hold him for one last time, to pat his soft fur, to smell his fishy smell. But he is gone, and forever will be. But the one last memory that stays with me is, that out all the people in our house, he came to me last, and that I was probably the last person he thought of before he died. It comforts me.
